Each membership plan comes with a weekly allowance of 13-gallon bags, billed as one flat monthly price. Use your own bags for your first pickup — we'll bring your official Holy Sheets bags with your first delivery, then just fill and send in your allotted bags each week after that. Per-pound pricing only comes into play if you use a bag that isn't a standard 13-gallon bag.

One 13-gallon bag — the same size as a normal kitchen trash bag — filled comfortably, not stuffed to bursting. That's roughly 15 lbs of clothes.

If a bag is packed beyond a comfortable close, we'll count it as 2 bags toward your plan.

No — there's no scale at the door. Our drivers do a quick visual check when they pick up your bags. If a bag looks noticeably overfilled, we confirm it at our facility and text you a photo before billing it as an extra bag, so you always know exactly why.

Yes — memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You're billed on the 1st of each month.

To cancel, just let us know before your next billing date. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues through the rest of the month you already paid for — you just won't be billed again after that.
